You must not upload anything illegal, harmful, or copyrighted without permission. We’re not responsible for what you upload, but we reserve the right to remove content that breaks these rules.

Accounts and Payments

If you create an account, keep your password safe. Don’t share it with others, as you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Our paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. If you’re on the free plan, you still get great features, but with limits like file size and daily conversions.

Our Responsibilities

We work hard to keep our tool fast, reliable, and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it’ll be perfect all the time. Sometimes, there might be downtime or errors in text extraction, especially with blurry images or handwriting. We’re not liable for any issues caused by using our service, like data loss or missed deadlines. Use the tool at your own risk.

Termination

If you break these terms, we may suspend or delete your account. You can also delete your account anytime through your settings. If you’re on a paid plan, canceling stops future charges, but we don’t offer refunds for partial months.
